A direct award appoints Compliance 100 without further competition, where the framework’s award procedures permit it. It still follows the framework’s process and your organisation’s internal approvals. A further competition invites eligible framework suppliers to respond to your service specification and evaluation criteria, and the award is made under the framework’s procedures.

Yes. We can explain the framework provider’s membership or registration process and put you in touch with the right contact. The application is made to the framework provider, who confirms your organisation’s eligibility.

Mobilisation timescales are agreed with each client following formal appointment, based on the scope and scale of the commission and any framework requirements. We agree the programme, reporting arrangements and mobilisation requirements with you before delivery begins.

Yes. Frameworks are one route to appointing us. Organisations can also appoint us through procurement portals, including by direct award, in line with their own procurement rules. Our team can advise on the most suitable route for your requirement.
