Our Founder Jatender, established Compliance 100 to support housing providers navigating an increasingly complex regulatory and compliance landscape.  

Drawing on extensive experience across housing compliance, building safety and asset management, he built the business around a simple principle: providing organisations with practical, specialist expertise that helps them maintain safe homes, meet regulatory expectations and manage their assets with confidence.
