# Compliance 100 Appointed to the CHIC Consultancy Framework

## Introduction

Compliance 100 is pleased to confirm its appointment to the CHIC Consultancy Framework.

CHIC, the Communities and Housing Investment Consortium, is a not-for-profit consortium owned by its members, including social landlords and other public sector bodies. Compliance 100’s appointment provides those members with an established, compliant route to our surveying and consultancy services for the four-year period from September 2026 to September 2030.

## What the Appointment Covers

The framework enables CHIC members to commission built environment consultancy services without undertaking a separate full procurement exercise. Members may use the framework for requirements ranging from individual works contracts to planned investment programmes and long-term asset management projects.

The framework covers a broad range of consultancy disciplines, including stock condition, fire safety and housing asset management. These areas align closely with the core services Compliance 100 delivers for housing providers.

## Why This Matters

Housing providers continue to face increasing expectations around building safety and compliance. Procuring through an established framework can reduce the time and cost associated with a full tender process, as CHIC has already assessed the appointed suppliers.

For CHIC members, Compliance 100 can now be appointed through the framework by direct award or through a mini competition, depending on the member’s requirements.
